Yoga Class Schedule

All-levels yoga class with a focus on helping those new to yoga build up to the poses at their pace.  Hatha style yoga with a touch of vinyasa flow.  We will focus on the synchronization of breath with movement. Postures are practiced to make the spine supple, the core strong, creating a balanced, healthy body and calm mind.  In an effort to keep classes accessible to all, classes are by suggested donation of $5-$25.  Pay what you can when you can.  When we all do well, we all do better.  Payments accepted via PayPal,  Venmo, @Michele-Baranski-2.
